The offices are open for business daily throughout the year. Some of the collection points on the island include Mahon Industrial Area P O IMA, Mahon Ferry Port, the resort Santo Tomas on the western coast, Cala Galdana, Cala Blanca, Cala en Bosch, Cala en Blanes and Ciutadella Ferry Port among others. Customers wishing to be met at the ferry ports must pay an additional fee of €30.00.

Customers should note, Owners Cars car hire Menorca Airport does not allow cars to be taken off the island, so hiring a car from them for the purpose of visiting neighbouring island Mallorca for example is not permitted under the rental agreement.

There is no charge for changes or cancellations made for online bookings and it is possible to return the rented vehicle outside of office hours, provided this has been discussed with staff and authorised at the time of booking the vehicle.

In line with most other car rental companies, age restrictions apply, when renting a car from Owners Cars Menorca Airport. Divers must be at least 21 years old and must have held a valid driving licence for at least one full year prior to the commencement of the rental contract. For some large vehicles the age limit is 25 and over, where the driver must have held a licence for at least 4 years. Drivers under the age of 25 are subject to a one-off fee of €20 per rental period. This is to cover the additional insurance premium and is only charged once to cover the entire rental contract.

All prices quoted online are inclusive and incorporate unlimited mileage, taxes and fees, one free additional driver, a 24-hour breakdown assistance, value added tax and comprehensive insurance with excess.

Not included in the price are special car seats, child booster or safety seats, special deliveries to different collection points, a second additional driver or services outside office hours, like the dropping off of vehicles at the end of a contract for example, which attracts a surcharge of €30.00. Fuel is also payable on top of the quoted price. An additional fee of €5.00 per day of rental provides greater scope of insurance, covering damage to windscreens, wheels and mirrors.

The payment for all charges must be made by credit or debit card and Owners Cars Menorca Airport only accept credit cards from Visa and MasterCard, which must have been issued in the principle driver's name. Visa Electron and debits cards as well as cash are accepted at the office only for the additional insurance amounts mentioned above.

The official office hours for pick up and return of vehicles at are between 9.00 am and 11.45 am and 5.00 pm and 7.45 pm. The airport office has different opening hours: this office is open from 7.00 am to 10.00 pm.
